ELAZIĞ CEMENT PLANT

Elazığ Cement Plant was established in 1954 through a partnership between Turkish Cement Industry Inc., Turkish Real Estate Credit Bank, Krupp Company and private investors, with the aim of meeting the cement demand in the Southeastern Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia regions. On September 21, 2006, the factory became part of Çimentaş. Following the merger in 2015, its operations have continued under the name of one of our group companies Recydia Atık Yönetimi Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretimi Nak. Loj. Hiz. San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

Elazığ Cement Plant is located in the southeastern part of Elazığ province, on the Diyarbakır-Bingöl Highway, covering an area of approximately 208,000 square meters. 52% of the total area of our factory is allocated to green spaces, and this ratio continues to increase every year through tree planting and other landscaping efforts. Our factory has an annual clinker production capacity of 1 million tons.
